Walden Day 2

**You were supposed to finish Walden sheet 1/questions for homework over the weekend--please turn those in--today we will work on worksheet #2--focus on vocabulary etc.---IT IS DUE BY THE END OF CLASS!!!
--We will start together and then complete it with a partner!

Lastly---please take your practice exam with you and finish by Friday--the last day to turn in the first 5 weeks! It counts as a test grade.

Ch. 6 and 7

Today we will attempt to complete the reading of Ch. 6 and 7

(First we will finish our conversation from yesterday regarding "Should We Still Care About Chris McCandless?)

Begin on page 47-69 (we will not read all of this together--you are responsible for reading whatever we do not read in class on your own)

Add a minimum of 4 quotes (2 per chapter) to your dialectical journal (write your best one on the slip of paper provided and turn it into me with the page number--I will compile a list and post tomorrow---we will vote on the best one and that person will receive 5 extra-credit points)

A look ahead:
Wednesday: We will work on the next prompts on our book assignment sheet (pink sheet in the yellow folder)--please bring in permission slips so I can compile a final list!!
Thursday: Field trip--meet at 9 am by the aud/movie (finish missed work)
